In that you have already incorporated a RightEye System into your practice, participation requires no significant capital investment on your part. Only a modest investment is required to participate.

We have established a special charter rate of $250 as an onboarding fee to cover the cost of adding you to the network and providing the branding materials which you will want to use on-site and on your website to identify you as a SightTrax affiliated provider. In addition, there is a $300 per quarter advertising co-op fee.

We will use 75% ($225) for direct purchases of advertising space and allocate $75 for co-op ad creation and management services. Our goal is to have at least 400 RightEye providers to join the SightTrax brand. When we achieve our goal, it will provide funding of $90,000 per quarter for the direct purchase of advertising to make consumers aware of the benefits of vision analytics and to bring them to your office.

Your contributed advertising dollars will augment our very aggressive, internal, SightTrax advertising branding budget.

Any time a new organization is formed that is going to require significant participation, there is always some reluctance to be “first in the pool”. To eliminate the risk of forming the advertising co-op without sufficient members to generate the economies of scale we need, we will escrow the initial contributions of first 50 participants.

To join the SightTrax Network all you have to do is complete the short application form, agree to the $250 onboarding fee and one year of quarterly participation at $300 per quarter.

You may use a credit card for the initial $550 payment for the onboarding fee and the first quarter. That card will be charged automatically at the beginning of each quarter for the remaining three quarters.*

Joining the SightTrax consumer advertising cooperative is easy and will just take a few minutes. Just click the box below and you will be able to enter your contact information and execute our Advertising Cooperative Services Agreement giving you the permission to use our SightTrax brand and giving us the permission to list you as a SightTrax branded RightEye provider. You may then submit a credit card to cover your onboarding fee and your continuing first year subscription.

Thank you for visiting our website and expressing your interest in SightTrax. By way of introduction, I am Jim Tyner, the CEO and Co-Founder of SightTrax, Inc. I became aware of vision analytics through my participation in my own hobby sport. I was immediately impressed by the amount and value of information which could be gained via the RightEye System.

I was amazed that vision analytics could be used to better the life of so many people ranging from identifying reading deficiencies in young people, improving sports performance, and its applications in concussion therapy. But, I was also struck by the general lack of awareness of the public to the benefits of vision analytics.

As a successful entrepreneur, I couldn’t help but analyze the state of the vision analytics industry. It was obvious that the RightEye system had become the gold standard amongst practitioners and that RightEye had achieved great success in its business-to-business model of bringing its products and services into the practitioner marketplace.

However, as I researched the industry, it became obvious that there was no predominant consumer facing, vision analytics “Brand” and this absence was a significant obstacle to reaching the general consumer marketplace and exposing more people to the multi-faceted benefits of vision analytics in the aforementioned fields.

Having recently exited from a successful, sophisticated electronics manufacturing company which I founded, I was ready for a new adventure. My personal background is filled with brand development and awareness. Whether this was innovative, new marketing channel creation for existing brands or bringing new brands into the marketplace, our transaction history is in the billions of dollars. My companies have operated nationally and internationally.

I have particular experience and success in branding existing fragmented, independent businesses into branded groups so that these businesses could still operate independently yet receive the benefits of a recognizable brand giving them a new level of credibility in the consumer marketplace and allowing them to capture a larger share of the market.

Most people aren’t aware that national brand names like Ace Hardware and True Value Hardware aren’t franchises but branded distribution and advertising cooperatives of independent businesses. United, they are able achieve economies of scale in purchasing, operations and advertising.

After researching and analyzing the vision analytics market, we formed SightTrax, Inc. and became an Authorized RightEye Distributor. Our primary intent is to expand the RightEye network of professional practitioners. In addition to providing them with the gold standard of technology, we are also creating a new, consumer facing brand that will create consumer credibility, provide a competitive advantage to other vision analytic providers and, through cooperative promotion, bring more of the public into their practices.

While this branding program is designed to benefit our new practitioners, there is no good reason why current RightEye providers shouldn’t also be allowed to benefit from this branding initiative. Consequently, with RightEye’s consent, we are reaching out to existing practitioners with this opportunity to participate as a branded, SightTrax provider. Joining will allow you to benefit from our Cooperative Advertising Fund and enjoy our economies of scale in the promotion of your services.

No. We know that in some areas there may be sufficient density of existing RightEye providers to create a geographic competition for new patients. SightTrax branding is meant to be a rising tide for all existing RightEye providers. The “Find a Provider” functionality on the SightTrax.com website will be based upon a selected radius from the ZIP Code entered by the potential patient. Any time you have competition in business, you need to be sure that you are putting your best foot forward so make sure your own website is fresh and up to date.

We will send you basic, but professionally low-key branding collateral such as small window/door decals and a SightTrax wall plaque for your waiting room. You will also be able to come to this website and download SightTrax logos for your website and to use in your own custom printed materials. We will also continue to add to an array of promotional material which you will be able to customize to your business and download as you see fit. Access to these branding materials is included in your Advertising Fund contributions.

SightTrax simply gives you the right to brand your business as a SightTrax affiliated provider. Your contributions to the Cooperative Advertising Fund allows us to pool the funds from all Participating Providers to obtain the marketing clout and economies of scale to drive more business to your front door.[/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”What controls are there on the management and use of the Advertising Fund contributions?” _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]Fund contributions can only be used for the direct costs of creating and placing advertisements and for the purchase of space and presentation of advertisements paid to third parties. Every calendar quarter you will receive an accounting summary detailing investments in each of those categories. The Advertising Cooperative Services Agreement splits the $100.00 per month Co-Op participation $75.00 to direct advertising and $25.00 per month to Management Services. It is safe to say that to receive the management services required to run a large and comprehensive advertising and branding campaign for $25.00 per month is a bargain.

This site is SightTrax.net and is a private site for Participating Providers. This site is for bringing new Providers on board, communicating to the Participating Providers and giving access to the advertising and promotional support services connected with the SightTrax brand.

SightTrax.com will be the consumer facing portal which will contain the landing pages for the specialty types of services offered by the corresponding advertisements. By example, there will be a custom landing page addressing concussion therapy for those advertisements promoting vision analytics for concussion therapy.

You only pay one fee. We will have special map functionality for consumers that will allow them to search for the exact type of services they require. You will not only be presented as a branded SightTrax Provider in general, but you will also be presented under each of the specialties that you offer.

Our special charter participant onboarding rate is only $250.00. That rate will only be offered for approximately 90 days as we extend invitations to the entire existing RightEye provider base. On new systems which we sell as a RightEye distributor, that same on-boarding fee will be $750.00. Once we believe that all existing providers have had a fair opportunity to join, we will close subscriptions and the SightTrax brand will no longer be available to you.

We have zero interest in making repetitive solicitations to the existing provider base. We know this is a great opportunity for those who want to expand their practices. There really is no reason to be left behind and then have to pay a standard fee to join or miss out all together. The sooner you get on board, the sooner your benefits of being part of the biggest consumer brand in vision analytics will begin accruing to your practice.
